T272HUL VESA mount

On the product information data sheet, it says this monitor is VESA compliant, but fails to state the configuration or size required.

I assume it is a square 100mm VESA mount, but I need to confirm this before my client orders a support arm and the monitor.

Thanks!

    hi...

The stand of the monitor allows its to be tilted by up to 60 degrees.
Using the VESA mounting holes, the screen can also be mounted to the wall or a monitor arm
The VESA mount is a standard used by most manufacturers
Here's the datasheet for this monitor : T272HUL Touchscreen LCD Monitor Datasheet

Thanks for the reply, but if you read my message, I already knew that. Smiley Happy

What I am trying to figure out is the spacing between the VESA holes, the support arm company offers both a 100mm and 200mm mounting plate to choose from, and I am unsure which one to order for this monitor.

The datasheet does not provide this information.

Yes, I am having the same issue.  Can you send us the exact mounting specifications that this product supports please?

The support at Humanscale was able to confirm that this monitor is a 100mm x 100m VESA mount.

As a side note, it's frustrating that there is no way to get any information from Acer about their products without paying for phone support. Acer should really consider having some facility for customers to get pre-order information about products beyond a forum that apparently their support staff doesn't monitor. Calling Acer tech support without a product serial number, there is no way to reach a human being and eventually the system just disconnects the user. Annoying.
