    Hi,

This seem to be HDD not detecting by the system. It may be loose connection of the HDD or defect. It is better to inform acer authorized service provider If it under warranty.

    Hi Iristoto!

Charitha may be right! There are a few things you can try:

    1. Boot into BIOS, and check that your hard drive is being recognised by your laptop. If it isn't, then remove the cover as indicated by the arrow. Locate your hard drive, and make sure it is firmly seated/connected to the motherboard.

Once checked, restart your laptop to see if Windows now boots.

    2. If the hard drive is NOT showing, or it is showing but STILL not booting, then the hard drive may have failed.

If it is not under warranty, you can purchase a replacement drive from your local PC store, and fit it yourself. You will then need to reinstall Windows from your recovery disks. If you did not make any disks, then contact Acer support for your region to see if any disks are available to buy.

    Hope this helps!
