laptop is locked up and will not turn off or on. What do I do?

Laptop was on the internet, locked up on a page and would not shut off. Let battery run down and now it won't charge or reboot. What should we do?

Sounds like a serious issue. If it just froze, then I would think that it was just a hard drive issue, but the battery not charging? Most likely something with the motherboard. I would call tech support and have it serviced.
