Aspire 4736G Power On Problem

Help! My Aspire 4736G just won't power up properly until several times. Once it does power up and Windows is loaded, it works well as normal. But, when I reboot/restart it goes thru the same cycle of many power on tries again.

Went thru the following:

1. Power Adapter On with Battery. Press Power Button. System attempts to load and powers off abruptly at the Windows loading screen. Subsequent retries with Windows Error Recovery Screen showing up first and when Start Windows Normally option is selected, it'll attempt to load Windows. After numerous tries it will finally load and function as normal.

2. Power Adapter On without Battery. Same results as (1) above.

3. On Battery Alone without Power Adapter. System appears running as the CPU fan is active but screen is blank.

Advice appreciated.

P/S: I've reckon it's always the battery but since I replaced new - that shouldn't be a problem. I've also tried resetting the Battery components under Device Manager but to no avail.

"Found" solution after some research. It seems the Aspire series is prone to motherboard issues. In my case it was a component that manages the power supply on the motherboard - while it allowed the battery to still be charged - power on is hard to achieve. Although with the particular component's spare part it is risky since the same is embedded/built-in. Thus my only option is to replace the motherboard.
