So i had to do a Recovery of my W700 Tablet, because it didn't boot anymore. After that i downloaded the Netflix App for Windows 8. But everytime i want to watch a movie this error message appears: W8158 The following driver failed to load: Windows\System32\MCTUx.dll UserModComponentLoadEncryptionFailure

I've downloaded all Windows Updates and the graphic and audio drivers are up to date. I followed this instruction http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2777760 but it didnt helped.

Help please?

I had this same problem. Looked around the web and it seemed it could be a Microsoft Silverlight issue...I recalled the problem started at the same time I did a MS Silverlight update.  Tried to uninstall and then re-install MS Silverlight and still did not work. Then saw a post that you need to use  an  uninstaller like Wise Program Uninstaller (freeware) that also removes registry entries and all the ***** left behind in a normal uninstall. Tried this out and voila...back in business. Make sure you uninstall the Netflix app before you uniinstall and reinstall MS Silverlight.

    Hope this works for you...
