Is anyone else having a difficult time getting drivers and user guides for KB252Q monitor?

I have been trying now for several weeks to get a user guide and updating my driver for the monitor I just purchased. (KB252Q Gobi) I have registered the monitor and then enter the SN and when UI try to get the user gide or Drivers it momentarily goes to a page asking for my operating system and then flashes back to the screen i was at before. I'v talked to the Chat line, and they give me excuse after excuse. saying the don't understand when problem is but it is being addressed in their technical warehouse and should be fixed in a couple of days. So I am again waiting. Any ideas how to fix this problem?

The KB252Q Gobi is not an Acer legitimate model number, look at your monitor again and get its full model number and then go to the Acer support page as it should come up. I can’t get anything up officially both on the support and service guide official Acer pages, so the model that you are using is wrong.

I believe you have a KB252Q G0BI (note the zero rather than O). It doesn't require any drivers, it's fully plug and play. On Acer's support site try just using the KB252Q model.
