I tried to get support from windows, but the agent ended up deleting my bluetooth driver completely when I couldn't connect my earphones and now I have no idea how to fix it. I have a Predator GX-792 and I'm trying to fix it. However, I have no idea how. Can anyone help me, please? Thank you if you can.

To resolve issues with the Bluetooth driver on a Predator GX-792, you should download the correct Bluetooth driver from the Acer support website by entering your model number, and then manually install it via Device Manager by uninstalling the existing adapter and using the "Scan for hardware changes" or "Browse my computer for driver software" options. If the driver doesn't appear to be working, try uninstalling the Bluetooth adapter, shutting down your laptop, and then turning it back on to trigger an automatic driver reinstallation.

    Step-by-Step Driver Installation
Find Your Driver: Go to the Acer Support website and enter your Predator GX-792 model number to find the correct drivers.
Download the Driver: Download the appropriate Bluetooth driver for your operating system.
Open Device Manager: Press the Windows key + X and select "Device Manager" from the list of results.
Locate the Bluetooth Adapter: In Device Manager, expand the "Bluetooth" section and find your Bluetooth adapter.
Uninstall the Driver: Right-click on the Bluetooth adapter and select "Uninstall device".

    Reinstall the Driver:
Automatic Reinstall: Restart your laptop, and Windows should try to reinstall the driver.
Manual Reinstall: If it doesn't reinstall automatically, go to Device Manager, select "Action" in the menu bar, and then click "Scan for hardware changes" to prompt a reinstallation.
Using the Downloaded Driver: If neither of the above works, you may need to right-click the adapter again and select "Update driver," then choose "Browse my computer for driver software" and navigate to the driver you downloaded from Acer's website.
    Troubleshooting Steps
    Run the Troubleshooter:
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, select Bluetooth, and click "Run the troubleshooter".
    Restart Services:
Press Windows key + R, type services.msc, and press Enter. Find the "Bluetooth Support Service," right-click it, and select "Restart".
    Physical Check:
In some cases, a user on the Acer Community forum suggests re-seating the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card inside the laptop to fix driver issues.

Community HomeInstall the first Bluetooth driver that Acer installed initially into your laptop which is the Bluetooth_Qualcomm_10.0.0.279_W10x64_A, go HERE to download this file and then click on the ZHJ_137 EXE file to start the BT driver installation and when its finished, reboot the laptop and afterwards, the Bluetooth should appear in Device Manager and should work.

Then allow windows update to update this driver to the latest compatible BT driver for your Predator GX-792 model Atheros Wi-Fi/BT card, that is all you need to do. Good luck, as an executable installation file like this is very easy to install and not complicated that you have to take many steps.

Below is the Bluetooth_Qualcomm_10.0.0.279_W10x64_A file that I needed to compress for you, as the original is 56MB and its too big to upload here as its bigger than 50MB, see if the BT driver below works and installs, if not then download the original from Softpedia link above.

As your Predator GX-792 laptops Acer support page has no drivers as Acer has stopped support for your laptop, I recommend that you install the first Bluetooth driver that Acer installed initially into your laptop which is the Bluetooth_Qualcomm_10.0.0.279_W10x64_A, so go HERE to download this file and then click on the ZHJ_137 EXE file (I've included it below) to start the BT driver installation and when its finished, reboot the laptop as afterwards, the Bluetooth should appear in Device Manager and should work.

Then allow windows update to update this driver to the latest compatible BT driver for your Predator GX-792 model Atheros Wi-Fi/BT card, that is all you need to do. Good luck, as an executable installation file like this is very easy to install and not complicated that you have to take many steps.
