    Hi Vaibhav,

It seems you're encountering a black screen during gaming sessions on your Acer Nitro V15. This issue can stem from several factors, including overheating, driver conflicts, or power delivery problems. Here are some steps you can try:

    1. Update Graphics Drivers: Ensure your NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 drivers are up to date. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause display issues during intensive tasks like gaming.
    2. Check for Overheating: Overheating can lead to the system shutting down the display to protect hardware. Ensure your laptop's cooling system is functioning properly and that vents are not obstructed.
    3. Power Settings: Adjust your laptop's power settings to 'High Performance' to ensure the GPU is not being throttled during gaming sessions.
    4. External Display Test: Connect your laptop to an external monitor. If the external display works fine, the issue might be with the laptop's internal screen or related components.
    5. BIOS Update: Sometimes, updating the BIOS can resolve hardware compatibility issues. Check Acer's support site for any available BIOS updates for your model.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, it might be worth reaching out to Acer Support for further assistance.

Begin by updating your graphics drivers using official site. Then, install all pending Windows updates, including optional ones, to ensure system compatibility. Use the NitroSense app to monitor CPU and GPU temperatures—if overheating is detected, lower in-game graphics settings and improve airflow. Disable Fast Startup from the Power Options menu to prevent boot-related glitches, and close unnecessary background apps using Task Manager to free up system resources. If available, test with an external monitor to check if the issue is related to the laptop’s internal display.

An ANV15-51 laptop's screen turning black during gaming can be caused by overheating, outdated graphics drivers, insufficient power from the charger, or a faulty hardware component. To fix it, you should first ensure your graphics drivers and BIOS are updated from Acer's website, and clean the laptop's fans and vents to prevent overheating. You can also try using an external monitor to determine if the issue is with the laptop's screen or internal hardware.

    1. Check for Overheating
Clean the Vents: Dust buildup can block vents, causing the laptop to overheat. Clean the laptop's vents and fans to improve airflow.
Monitor Temperatures: Use a monitoring tool like HWMonitor to check the CPU and GPU temperatures while gaming. High temperatures can cause blackouts.
Lower In-Game Settings: Reduce graphics settings in the game to decrease the load on the GPU.
    2. Update Drivers and BIOS
    Update Drivers:
Go to the Acer support site and download the latest graphics drivers for your ANV15-51. Consider using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to perform a clean installation of the drivers.
    Update BIOS/Chipset:
While on the Acer support site, also download and install the latest BIOS and chipset drivers for your model.
    3. Address Power-Related Issues
    Check the Charger:
Ensure you are using the correct, high-wattage charger for your Nitro laptop. An undersized charger can't provide enough power for demanding games.
    Monitor Power Settings:
Adjust power plan settings to ensure your system can draw sufficient power during gameplay.
