ANV15-51 NitroSense not working at all after motherboard replaced

I've had my motherboard replaced , and now if i try to install nitrosense app tells me ''The Device Model is not supported. I mention when i first buyed the laptop came with NitroSense APP installed. Help me fix the issue i've tried all the methods including down/up grading the BIOS .

I updated the BIOS to 1.31 did all the thing and still i have the same issue . The device model is not suported

    Hello @FlowDropUP

    Since you’re already on BIOS 1.31, the next logical step is to make sure the OS and NitroSense are on the latest supported builds for your ANV15‑51.

    1. Update to Windows 11 24H2 (via Windows Update or the Installation Assistant) so all device frameworks and drivers are current.
    2. Uninstall any existing NitroSense.
    3. Install the current NitroSense package dated 2025‑02‑03, version 5.0.1473_20241009 from Acer’s driver page.

    If NitroSense still reports “Device Model not supported” after these steps, it points to the motherboard replacement not having the correct system ID programmed. Only Acer service can re‑flash that information at firmware level — software alone won’t resolve it.
