    Hi, temurbek

First download DDU from Wagnardsoft.com and boot to safe mode: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-startup-settings-1af6ec8c-4d4a-4b23-adb7-e76eef0b847f Once in safe mode uninstall all Realtek audio drivers with DDU using the option 2 on the picture below

Reboot and tweak the Windows enhanced sound options. Realtek Audio console can be downloaded from the Acer Support site for your model or from the Microsoft Store (Realtek Audio Control.

    Hi, temurbek
    Enable the Windows sound settings:

And also check the Realtek Audio console settings:

Hi temurbek. If all Windows sound settings are already enabled and you ’ve used DDU to remove the Realtek drivers, make sure the next steps cover both the driver and the control interface:

    1. From Device Manager, under Sound, video and game controllers, uninstall any remaining Realtek Audio entries (tick “Delete the driver software for this device” if prompted).
    2. Reboot and let Windows install its generic HD Audio driver, then replace it with the latest Realtek package from your model’s Acer Support page or directly from Realtek’s site.
    3. Install Realtek Audio Control from the Microsoft Store — the Store build is complete, whereas Acer’s bundle can sometimes omit the enhancement module. You can open it directly at: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9p2b8mcsvpln
    4. After installation, open Realtek Audio Control and verify enhancements appear under the Speakers/Headphones section (not just HDMI).
    5. If enhancements are still missing, check Optional Updates in Settings → Windows Update for any pending Realtek extensions, and install them.

These steps ensure both the base driver and the UWP control app are in sync so enhancement menus are restored for the laptop’s onboard audio, not just external devices.
