Hello, I'm planning to buy an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57 (RTX 3050, i7-11800H) laptop soon. So I asked a technical question: "What is the maximum RPM of this model's fans?" However, the answer I received from customer service was completely irrelevant. They replied: "Regarding the issue you're experiencing, the product needs to be inspected by an authorized service center..." However, I didn't report a problem with the product; I simply requested technical information. This is the second time this has happened, and I've previously received the same copy-and-paste answer to a different question. My expectations from customer service are simple: either answer my question or refer it to the technical team. Receiving irrelevant answers like this wastes time and undermines customer trust. I really want Acer to take its customers seriously on this matter. Could I get an answer from a technical representative who knows fan RPM values? Thank you.

    Hi @Sahib79854,

In general, the maximum speed of the FANS in the Nitro AN515-57 series is around 6400 ~ 6800 RPM. Furthermore, the GPU FAN can exceed 7000 RPM.
