Cpu overheating Issue in Acer Nitro V15 i5 13th(13420H) overheats to 90+ degrees when playing games.

i have a acer nitro v15 i5 13th(13420H)

gen rtx 4060 16gb ram 512 ssd and after having it for 1.5 years the cpu overheats to 90+ degrees when playing games like valorant csgo. i have taken my laptop for servicing twice each time at 6 months. i only open discord and nitro sense when playing games but it over heats and starts thermal throttling even though cpu usage is not high. initially the fps goes from 250-300 then after 2 games drops to200 and lower. i heard updating bios can solve it but im scared as it might brick my motherboard (current version of bios 1.26)
