Hi @danggtr Since you’re using NitroSense, make sure you have the latest version that matches your exact laptop model — a package for a different model may not read system data correctly.

It’s also a good idea to update to the most recent BIOS for your system from the Acer Drivers & Manuals page. The right combo of BIOS and NitroSense version ensures temperatures and CPU usage are reported accurately.

Hi @danggtr If NitroSense worked before but stopped after recent changes, try these steps:

    • In Task Manager > Performance, confirm the CPU is detected correctly — if not, update the Intel chipset and Management Engine Interface (MEI) drivers for your exact model from the Acer support page.
    • If the issue began after VGA or audio driver changes, roll those back or reinstall the OEM versions to rule out conflicts.
    • Perform a clean boot to see if background software is blocking NitroSense from reading sensors.
    • As a last step, run an In‑place Recovery via Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update with optional updates enabled. This refreshes Windows system files and can restore driver/sensor communication without a full reinstall.

Afterwards, reinstall the correct NitroSense version for your exact model.
