Always use it on a hard, flat surface to allow proper ventilation and avoid heat buildup. Refrain from placing it on soft surfaces like beds or cushions. Use only the original Acer charger provided with the laptop, and inspect it for any damage or loose connections. When charging, plug the adapter directly into a wall outlet rather than using extension cords or surge protectors. Monitor the heat near the charging port—if it feels unusually hot or doesn’t cool down after the battery reaches 100%, unplug the charger to prevent unnecessary heat. Check Acer’s official support site for any available BIOS or firmware updates that may improve thermal management. Most importantly, do not attempt to open or repair the laptop yourself. If the issue persists, contact Acer support immediately, as your device is still under warranty.
