Not the same thing as the recovery method that I mentioned, give it a try.

What is your laptops exact model number, as you need to start with the Acer Bluetooth initial driver first, as allot of these laptops only work with a specific Bluetooth driver e.g. like Killer AX1650i that was fitted to my Nitro AN515-56, that didn't work with any other driver than its 2021 Intel driver and no other BT driver worked, so your BT could be the same.

If the Bluetooth driver has completely disappeared from Device Manager > Bluetooth and there is NO Bluetooth showing in Device Manager, go to the Acer support page and type in your Acer model number like for an Acer Aspire model its A515-xx laptop, then download the Bluetooth driver for either your laptop or desktop (give us the exact model number for a more precise answer).

Afterwards, in the Bluetooth driver folder that you have downloaded, there is a file called "Setup Driver" which is a .exe file that will start the Bluetooth driver installation, so follow the steps to install this driver and after you have installed the driver, reboot the computer so that the driver is instilled, afterwards your Bluetooth will work, if your Wi-Fi doesn't work you first need to uninstall the old Wi-Fi driver and then install the new driver the same way. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

If Bluetooth is missing, first check if it's enabled in Windows settings and that Airplane mode is off. If it's still not working, try restarting the Bluetooth Support Service or uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth adapter in Device Manager. If the problem persists, running the Bluetooth troubleshooter might help.

    Here's a more detailed breakdown:
    1. Check Basic Settings:
    Enable Bluetooth:
Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
    Disable Airplane Mode:
Press Windows key + A to open Action Center and make sure Airplane mode is off.
    Restart Bluetooth Support Service:
Press Windows key + R, type services.msc, and click OK. Find the Bluetooth Support Service, right-click, and select Restart.
    2. Update or Reinstall Bluetooth Adapter:
Device Manager: Open Device Manager (right-click Start, select Device Manager).
Locate Bluetooth Adapter: Expand the Bluetooth section.
Update Driver: If the adapter is present, right-click it, select Update driver, and choose "Search automatically for drivers".
Uninstall/Reinstall: If updating doesn't work, right-click the adapter, select Uninstall device, and restart your computer. Windows will try to reinstall the driver. If it doesn't, go back to Device Manager, right-click the Bluetooth adapter, and select Scan for hardware changes.
    3. Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter:
Settings: Go to Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot.
Run Troubleshooter: Select Additional troubleshooters, locate Bluetooth, and click Run the troubleshooter.
