Technician closes TV repair case without solving issue, new case ID issued

Case id -XXXX created on date 31.07.25  it's not solved yet. Only technician visited & checked that remote pairing no happening as per your technician. Without solving the problem your technician closing the the case.


Then again your people mailed that case id changed to XXX Why it's changed its 15 days passed tv problem going on.

    I will never ever recommend to any people to buy a acer product, your service is worst worst.
