Laptop fan performance dropped over time, no dust, still low airflow

why the fans of my laptop doesnt work like before? when laptop was newly released, the fans were very good and you could feel the flow from the vents and hear the power, but now is just a lil bit of air coming out and fans are new, everything is clean ( vents and everything) , do they use updates to slow down the fans or what is it ?

Hi, update BIOS and upgrade Windows11 to version 24H2, use Balanced Power Plan in NitroSense and Best Power efficiency mode in Windows Power & battery settings. Set the Fan speed to Turbo or automatic in NitroSense.
