Laptop shows TPM 2.0 'Not Ready' after sleep, clearing TPM doesn't help on Nitro ANV15-51

My laptop goes to sleep and when I turn it back on, the TPM displays "Not Ready." My BIOS is up to date, TPM 2.0 is enabled, and Secure Boot is enabled. I've tried clearing the TPM, but it doesn't fix the issue.
