I own an Nitro V15 since last december, and recently it has shown some problems with the charging system. It happens when I already have the notebook plugged at energy, but if I move it, or have the cables replaced somehow, the notebook stops charging. The charging comes back after some adjusts, but I'm concerned about it. Could be a problem with the charger or with the notebook? I'm still covered by the warranty, so I would like to discover the problem.

Hi, you may need to replace your power adapter and/or the DC laptop DC power port if damaged. Insert fully the barrel plug of the power adapter in the DC power port of the laptop till you hear a click, boot to Windows and observe the LEDs, the power LED should be blue while the battery LED is amber indicating charging. Wiggle the power adapter plug a bit and see if the LEDs react, if one or both LEDs change color you have a bad plug. Warranty on the battery and power adapter is only for 1 year. so you probably need to buy a new adapter, if you tell us the laptop model I can look for a compatible power adapter on the web. Next inspect the DC barrel port of the laptop if you see any damage pinching or discoloring from burns.
