Start by updating the BIOS to version 1.09, which improves Adaptive Charging. Plug the charger directly into a wall socket to ensure full power delivery. Disable the 80% battery limit in NitroSense to allow full charging. Reduce background processes in Task Manager to lower system load. Avoid Turbo mode and switch to Balanced or Performance mode to conserve power

@Insomniac1289 you're right, it's what i'll probably do too if they don't do anything about it.

they either fix the mess they've created trying to get away with selling a gaming laptop with a ridiculous power supply, or i want a refund.

To tackle the pesky battery drain on your Acer Nitro V16 ANV16-71, let’s hit it out of the park with a touchcric-inspired approach! First, swing into action by updating your BIOS to version 1.09 from Acer’s support site, as it fine-tunes Adaptive Charging for better power management. Connect your 230W Predator charger straight to a wall outlet, bypassing any power strips, to ensure a full-throttle charge. In NitroSense, smash that 80% battery cap setting to let your battery charge to its max potential, and in Task Manager, bowl out unnecessary background processes to lighten the system’s load. Instead of going all-out with Turbo mode, opt for Balanced or Performance mode to keep power consumption in check, giving your laptop the stamina to last longer during your gaming sessions.
