In my laptop, My NVIDIA RTX 3050 graphics card not showing, I tried some solution for its troubleshooting and steps like in safe mode I uninstall GPU drivers and try to do windows update to install that, but still my dedicated GPU not showing in my laptop. How I diagnose this issue that it is a hardware issue or software related or BIOS related issue in my laptop

If you have uninstalled all the NVidia gpu drivers with DDU in safe mode and then tried to install a new driver for the RTX3050 gpu and the gpu is still not detected, then unfortunately there are no solutions as your RTX3050 gpu is fried as this is a common thin that happens to the dedicated NVidia gpu's in these Nitro 5 laptops, as a mosfet has probably shorted or its vram has also shorted and allowed the full 19 volt current to penetrate the gpu and fried it, which is beyond repair and you need a new mainboard as gpu's are not available for laptops like with desktops or you can operate your laptop on the Intel cpu graphics. Good luck.

Well I will suggest you to Use NVIDIA's Diagnostic Tool and Check BIOS Settings it will help you in fixing the issue.
