If laptop in warranty period is replacement is possible

    Acer's return policy period stipulates 2 weeks after the delivery date, in some countries that is only one week. If you have technical problems that warrant a repair job after that return period, repairs may made under warranty if Acer Services deem this is due to a malfunction of the laptop and is not caused in any way by the user. Never will a laptop be replaced with a new laptop after the return period.
