Loud fan noise in a unit less than two years old is typically due to dust buildup or a worn fan bearing, but disassembling an AIO usually involves removing the display panel and motherboard—not a DIY job.

    Best move for longevity: get it professionally cleaned at Acer Services in your area. They’ll assess whether the fan needs replacement and can do it safely. If you’re tech-savvy and determined, a temporary workaround could be using compressed air through the side vents, but that won’t fix a failing bearing.
