I connected it to four devices IPhone, IPad, Samsung TV, Dell computer. When on charge it reads 100 with a solid red light. But nothing happens when I try a Bluetooth to nah on the devices above, no beeps nothing, in the ear, not in the ear, while in the case. Tap controls on back of speakers nothing. I have deleted the headset from all 4 devices. Still no joy. Can’t get them to go into pairing mode. They just seem dead.

Your Bluetooth headphones, despite showing a solid red light and 100% charge, appear "dead" as they won't power on, beep, or enter pairing mode. This indicates an internal issue where the charging circuit works but the operational components don't. The most crucial step is to perform a hard reset specific to your headphone model (check your manual or online), followed by trying an extended charge with different cables/adapters, and cleaning the charging port. If these steps fail, it likely points to a hardware malfunction requiring repair or replacement.

We have no technical and/or official Acer support information except what is online and at this link on the Acer OHR510 TWS headphones, so I can't give you anything more than what Bonnie219Bailey has suggested above on this product.

As I have a pair of earbuds, like the Sennheiser Momentum 4 and they pair perfectly with my Predator Neo PHN16-71 laptop and also, I've never had problems with them ever pairing to either my laptops or my phone or my LED TV. Good luck.
