I purchased the Acer Aspire A715-79G in December 2025, but the battery performance has been disappointing. It drains very quickly and doesn’t even last an hour. I’m wondering if other users are facing the same issue. If not, has anyone successfully claimed a warranty for the battery?

Hi, this is not a battery but rather a power consumption matter of the RTX 250-3050 dGPU of 30-80W that can deplete a battery in 1 hour when disconnected from the power adapter. Leave the adapter plugged in and keep the battery fully charged to 100% to get the best system performance and longest battery lifespan. When you have to disconnect the adapter, use Balanced Power Plan and Best Power Efficiency mode in Power & battery settings, don't play games on battery only.
