Good afternoon/evening everyone.
I encountered a problem that the laptop heats up in games. Of course, not 100 degrees, but definitely close to 80. But here's the problem, the game is not demanding, and only the processor heats up. I checked it in AIDA for 8 minutes in the test, maximum 73 degrees. The power setting in Windows 11 is set to Maximum power efficiency.

Maybe someone has encountered such a problem?
Yes, and in general, for some reason, the processor heats up more in games, the video card is quite cold.

Temperatures in the 70–85°C range under load—especially during games or benchmarks—are completely normal and expected. 80°C is considered safe for your Intel Core i5-12450H CPU during gaming

Stick to the Balanced power plan in Windows and reduce the Maximum Processor State to around 95% in advanced power settings—this limits heat without harming performance. Keep your BIOS and chipset drivers updated from the official support page to ensure thermal controls are working optimally. Use a cooling pad or elevate the rear of your laptop slightly to improve airflow.

It is pretty common for laptops during gaming to reach at this temperature. Monitor your usage and try to stick to the balanced power plan.
