This is a very fine Aspire laptop that Acer released in 2010 and I use to own one of these laptops which I've upgraded like below. Go to a site called HelpDrivers that is a legit site and not infested with virus, as they have available 77 files for Acer Aspire 5750, but HelpDrivers only has the highest bios version 1.19 (see file that I've included below) as they don't have the Aspire 5750 last bios version 1.21, if you want the version 1.21 then click on this link and get it from there (there is some protocol that you need to follow) or search another site on the web, but be careful with these 3rd party sites as they could contain malware and virus files.

Just a bit of help and advice on upgrading this excellent laptop, I suggest that you change its oem Acer fitted i5-2410M cpu that your 5750 has to either the Core i5-2540M that is the perfect cpu upgrade for this laptop (as I've tried both the i5-2540M and the Core i7-2640M cpu's) and the i5-2540M cpu is a better cpu upgrade for this laptop, you can try the higher spec Core i7-2640M but what I've found with this i7-2640M cpu, is that the 5750 does not perform as well in certain aspect with the i7-2640M as it slower. than the i5-2540M cpu

Also upgrade the ram to the max 8GB at 2x 4GB DDR3-1600MT?s or you can even run DDR3-1866MT/s which I upgraded to and this laptop performed perfectly with that higher ram speed ram, and also, don't forget to upgrade to a Samsung 870 EVO 2.5" SSD drive also for this laptop so that it performs at its best, btw, my Aspire 5750 had the bios version 1.21, so and if you do all the upgrades I suggested above, use the bios version 1.21 as all those upgrades work 100% and the laptops performance was improved by 200% plus. Good luck and hope this helps you put.

😂Win-11 on a 15+ years old laptop like the Aspire 5750, that is asking allot from a 2nd Gen cpu and 8GB max DDR3-1600MT/s ram and a SATA III HDD even its an SSD. That is why and probably you are getting those errors.

If you want to run Win-11 (which I highly don't recommend) as Win-10 Pro is the max that I ran my Aspire 5750 with. But here is a guide from Microsoft so reinstall the Win-11 like they instruct at the links below. Good luck.

my question is how flash the file, and not "why" I use win11 (that runs much faster then win10 on my notebook… lol)

Will I have to create a bootable MS DOS pendrive to flash the BIOS? ? it's really necessary?

If you would make to make an effort to read the bios 1.19 Windows flash "Readme file" that instructs the below, then you will be able to flash the bios to version 1.19 to your Aspire 5750 laptop, its a very simple process. Good luck and you can run whatever OS you want, I just gave you my opinion, you can take it or leave it? God luck.

    • Windows flash: Please click "KAVA0119.exe" to update bios.
