Hello, give us more details, do you mean you replaced the 2.5" mechanical HDD to a 2.5" Sata-3 SSD 500GB (too small) and what brand SSD? Possible BIOS limitations: The R7-572G (2013) hasn’t seen firmware updates in years, and its SATA controller may not play nice with certain SSDs—especially newer ones with advanced power states or firmware quirks. Drive compatibility: Some SSDs (like certain Kingston or WD Green models) have been known to not handshake properly with legacy BIOS implementations. SATA mode mismatch: If the BIOS is set to RAID change that to AHCI as the SSD might not show up. Did you check the SSD Sata cable connections, maybe the plugs are bad or the ribbon cable got pinched.

SSD Samsung 870 Evo 500 Gb. In BIOS only one SATA mode: AHCI mode. Some experts suggest disable VMD controller in BIOS. To do this click Ctrl+S in BIOS and then it will appear advanced options. But it doesn't happen for me.

The problem was solved miraculously. Connected the second ssd. BIOS didn't see it. I connected the third ssd. BIOS saw it. After that, I reconnected the second ssd. BIOS saw it. I connected the first ssd. BIOS saw it too. Everything is loading. Everything is working
