Acer Laptop Warranty registration, says "404 Forbidden" why does this happen?

hello, I just bought a acer laptop yesterday and I'm about to register it for a warranty but it says "404 Forbidden" why does this happen?

    I don't know which site you went to register your new Acer product to get the error "404 Forbidden", but and if you went to the Acer site described below then you should not get that error code.

    I suggest that when you are logged into the Acer community, click on Drivers and Manual link page, then go to the top of the page where the icon shown below is, which is your profile, then go to "Register a Product" as then you will legitimately be able to register your new Acer product, its a very easy process.
