Acer Predator X32 X powers on but screen remains black, possible power or T-con Board failure

Monitor Acer Predator x32 Xbmiippuzx. It was purchased about 6-7 months ago. Stopped displaying the image, does not show the service menu with any pressing options. At the same time, the PC displays that the monitor is connected, you can change the resolution and frequency. Using OBS, I can capture images from the monitor, but I don't see any images on the monitor itself. Repeated disconnections and connections to the PC, monitor power did not yield results, as well as cable replacement, there is no picture. At the same time, the monitor indicator lights up in the same way as when it is turned on, then blinks slowly. I bought a monitor in China, but I live in another country. I wrote to the support service, but they refused me, because the monitor is designed for the Chinese market. I understand that the power board or the T-Con board is out of order. Can you tell me what to do with the repair? I did not find a board for this model on sale.

    I suggest that you book a warranty service with Acer in your country asap at Support Options > Warranty Enquiry > then chose your country like in the caption below and on the Acer site of your country and don't let the warranty on your X32 monitor run out, as the warranty is only 12 months. With all those problems Acer should replace this monitor for you with a new one or they will replace the mainboard. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

    I wrote in support of my country (Russia). Here is what they replied to the message I left here:

Гарантия производителя на такой товар в РФ, к сожалению, не действует.В данном случае мы рекомендуем обратиться к продавцу для получения гарантийного обслуживания. С уважением, Техническая поддержка Acer Глеб"
