You should have opened an Acer account and then done the Register a Product on the Acer site. With the warranty, its best to show your date of purchase invoice when you do any warranty work from Acer and call Acer in your country to sort the warranty date. with the 80% battery charge limit, you disable that in the Acer Care Center. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Thought I did reply to you StevenGen I can't figure out how to find all of my posts n their comments in a single thread!

I'm now up to 5 posts. But they must all be in random locations!

Well anyway, I did get an account n I registered my laptop too. That's when Acer came back with, my warranty was expired. And that I bought it in 2024!

So after reading your comment, I did go to my laptop's "about" and "System" n I checked out the components it claims are installed.

    What I found was, that it's got 36G of Ram n a 2 TB SSD disk n an i7 11gen processor. installed!

If I didn't have an account, then how would I be able to post?

I'm talking about the Warranty Expired question that you asked, not the community account. With the community account, click on your Profile Icon and see if your posts are there, as they use to be shown and listed how many you have answered and posted, but I can't see this setting anymore, the community must have changed the settings as this site was updated just recently. maybe the administrator can answered that for you or another community member. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
