laptop can't detect my office Wi-Fi Network that worked last week

I can access other WIFI Networks, but I had a new one set up only for my office as I do a lot of remote work and attend a lot of zoom meetings. However, that new one that I had set up is no longer working, but was working up until last week before I went away for work for a week.

What is your laptops model number and Wi-Fi card, as this info would assist things further. Check your Wi-Fi drivers and/or refresh the existing Wi-Fi card drivers in Device Manager, otherwise your router has a problem that you should rectify by the manufacturers troubleshooting guide. Good luck and hope this helps you out further.

For a WI-FI Driver Refresh do this >Go to Device Manager > Network adapters > select your Wi-Fi card > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the last and most recent dated Wi-Fi driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your Wi-Fi should work.

Go to Wi-Fi settings, select your office network, tap “Forget,” and reconnect to it by entering the password again and ensure you're within good signal range. If the issue persists, test the connection on another phone or laptop to determine whether the router or your device is at fault. Finally, update your Wi-Fi driver by opening Device Manager, expanding Network adapters, right-clicking your Wi-Fi adapter, and choosing “Update driver.
