Predator PH315-51
For years I've used 2 external monitors, and it works fine. Recently only one will work.

I can plug either monitor into either the HDMI or the USB docking station, and one will always work. (Therefore it's not a problem with a port) When I plug in the 2nd, it gets no signal.

I've already tried rolling back windows to the previous state.

Anyone else seen this? Any other ideas?

Hi, the Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-51 does not support DisplayPort Alt Mode over its USB-C port so your docking station is connected to the USB3.1 port, if the dock does not have an active graphics adapter it won't support an external monitor on its HDMI port, if the dock has an active graphics adapter but stopped working you need to update the DisplayLink driver.

When only one external monitor works, start by uninstalling any existing DisplayLink software and reinstalling the latest version from official website. Then, test the USB docking station using a different port or on another PC. Open Windows Display Settings, click Detect, and ensure both monitors are properly configured. Finally, update your graphics drivers through official support pages
