Ok, now that I know the exact model of your laptop, which is the Aspire 5 A515-47 model which these laptops all come with either the AMD RYZEN R75825U or the AMD RYZEN R55625U or the AMD RYZEN R35425U cpu's, these cpu's max ram capacity deigned by AMD is 32GB max total at 2x 16GB DDR4-3200MT/s CL22 type ram modules, its impossible that your laptop has 36GB of ram, have a look in Task Manager or type System Info in the search bar as all these apps will show the exact ram that your A515-47 laptop has.

As and in regards to Bluetooth LE Audio for your hearing aids - your Aspire A515-47 laptop has the following Wi-Fi/BT cards, either the Mediatek MT7921LE Wi-Fi/Bluetooth combo Module or the Mediatek MT7922A Wifi/Bluetooth combo Module, that have the exact same 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax Wi-Fi 2T2R + Bluetooth v5.2 Combo Chip. The 5.2 Bluetooth is one of the latest versions

Read this guide here about Bluetooth LE Audio and according to Microsoft and Win-11 OS, to access Bluetooth Low Energy Audio in Windows 11, users have to:

    • Run Windows 11, version 22H2 or newer.
    • Install compatible Bluetooth LE support and a compatible audio codec.
    • Have LE Audio capable drivers from the hearing aid manufacturer for both the Bluetooth LE radio and the audio codec.

If all the above doesn't connect your LE Oticon hearing aids, then I suggest that you connect your hearing aid with the "Oticon Hearing aids without Bluetooth" method above. Good luck and hope you sort this problem out.

The Aspire 5 laptops 9whichever model you have) have Bluetooth connection to an Oticon that has a Bluetooth connection, Oticon have a guide of "How to use your hearing aids with a PC" so read that as you can connect your Oticon to either Bluetooth or if your Oticon miniBTE R doesn't have Bluetooth follow the guide below. Good luc and hope this helps you out.

    Oticon Hearing aids without Bluetooth

Stream sound from your computer or tablet into your hearing aids without Bluetooth

If your hearing aids come without Bluetooth technology, you can connect them to your PC, laptop or tablet using Oticon Streamer Pro.

Streamer Pro will need to be issued to you and paired to your hearing aids by your hearing care professional.

Then, you can connect Streamer Pro to your computer or tablet in two ways:

    1. Wirelessly – if your PC or tablet has Bluetooth technology

    2. Through a mini jack cable - if your PC or tablet does not have Bluetooth

Find out more about streaming sound to your hearing aids with Oticon Streamer Pro here

Thanks StevenGen for your kind help. My laptop, runs Win 11, as well as my hearing aids have Bluetooth and do connect. But the problem is they do not communicate with each other, as one of them, the laptop, doesn´t have the latest Bluetooth and thus not LE Audio. The LE Audio allows direct communication without adapter. I´ve carefully followed all relevant instructions before asking about an update to a higher levelled Bluetooth.
