Sir/Madam?

What's this ALL ABOUT?

I just got your Crappy W11 laptop which can't even charge its battery beyond 79% n runs down super quick when I use it, although it was advertised as a Long-lasting battery usage machine.

I bought it from Amazon on "June 02, 2025." Amazon says it was delivered on June 05, 2025 But I didn't get it until June 9th, 2025.

And the only reason I bought it was because the Keyboard on my W10 Laptop outright quit, and I couldn't get into it anymore.

And, I bought it because after near 10 years of good service and still on the same battery, YOU'RE GONNA STOP SUPPORT on Both our Laptops this Oct. 2025

My old one is an Aspire ES-575G-53VG x64 W10 home, with Intell i5 Dual core processor@2.30MHz, 8GB DDR RAM, 9GB Virtual Ram, and a 350GB SSD hard drive

I bought 2 of them back then in Sept of 2016, 1 for me, n 1 for my Daughter, n hers has been through 4 batteries already.

So, now I've got a new one, your Aspire 3, 64 bit, model-year-2024, W11 PRO, with intel quad core i7-1165G7 processor@4 .7GHz, 36GB DDR4 SD Ram, 2TB PCIe NV Me SSD hard drive, Wi-Fi 6, n Bluetooth too!

All good stuff I'd say! But it "Better give me a good 10 years or maybe even 15" for what I paid for it $699.99+sales tax's

N guess what? There's not a comparable model shown on your website. The Aspire 3's that you do advertise, all have a "pittance of Ram" n Maybe 1 terabyte of "maybe SSD" drives!

AND YOU KNOW WHAT? I GOT The W11 Laptop on June13th

N just for ***** n giggles I turned on the old W10 n the "keyboard works again, after 3 days of not functioning" just like the "lighted keys" started working again last year, after 5 years of them not functioning.

So now I've got 2 fully functional Laptops, BOTH with the same information that my old W10 had in its files n my Google account, n all my favorites ETC. EVERYTHING! N they're Sync'd, so they'll stay as twins!!

NOW to the Warranty Problem: What's the Deal there at ACER?

Here's the copy n paste that I took of the response I got to my request for my warranty information:

Warranty Type

1 Year Carry In

Start Date (YYYY-MM-DD)

2024-06-11

End Date (YYYY-MM-DD)

2025-06-11

FIX THIS ERRONNIOUS ATTEMPT AT NOT COVERING MY LAPTOP FOR WHAT POSSIBLE SERVICE IT MAY NEED IN THE FUTURE!!!

Cordially (but only for now) … Paul M Leno.

First of all your Aspire A315-58 model with the i7-1165G7 CPU DOES NOT HAVE 36GB of ram, as this latop has the following memory specs which are; 4GB or 8GB onboard ram and can have either a max total of 20GB or 24GB total capacity ram by adding a 1x 16GB DDR4-3200MT/s CL22 module ram and the Aspire A315-58 model laptop is definitely NOT a "Crappy W11 laptop which can't even charge its battery beyond 79% n runs down super quick" like you describe it to be😀

To answer your complaints, here are some facts:

    1. The 80% battery charge limiter is set within the Acer Care Center App, which shouldn't be active, so go into the Acer Care Center App and disable the 80% battery limiting charge. its a very simple thing to do and then your battery will be able to be charged to 100% charge.
    2. The Amazon delivery problems that you had is NOT an Acer problem, so consult Amazon about the delivery problem. As and if you would have bought your Aspire A315-58 model laptop from the Acer store, you wouldn't have had this problem.
    3. With the Win-10 OS support termination, this is NOT an Acers problem, its a Microsoft support issue that they have terminated and its ending in September 2025 for all Win-10 OS, consult Microsoft about a solution, as I'm sure that Win-11 version 24H2 will install on your old Aspire ES-575G-53VG with some limitations.

The parts below are for the Aspire ES-575G laptop, I've included them for your information that are suitable batteries and US International English upper case and keyboard if you want to replace these parts in your old ES-575G laptop, so purchase a new keyboard if the old one is faulty, which after 10 years its lasted pretty well imo.

Uppercase and keyboard in US International, if you need another language please ask as we can give you all the languages that Acer made for this laptop besides US International.

    Well,

    StevenGen

I went to "system" n I took a look at "about" too. N you know what. I do have 36G of DDR Ram n 2 TB of SSD disk. The only thing is the i7 is 11th gen but is shown as running at 2.80GHz

And, I fixed the indicator's not charging past 78%. Now after I did the procedures that are in the Acer manual, page 45 n on. I can charge up to 100%!

I saw your comment, which mimics the Acer adverts for the pittance of ram n disk of the Aspire 3 laptops. So, I went to my laptop's "system" n I also took a look at its "about" too.

N you know what I found? "I do have 36G of DDR Ram n 2 TB of SSD disk installed." The only thing that confuses me is that its processor which is advertised as Intel Quad core i7@ 4.7 GHz actually is i7 11th gen but is shown as running at 2.80GHz

And, I fixed the indicator's not charging past 78%. Now after I did the procedures that are in the Acer manual, page 45 through 47, I can now charge the battery to 100%!
