Hi, disable Acer Care Center or AcerSense Optimizer-Battery Charge 80% Limiter. These options are no longer present in Acer's latest firmware as they don't work properly in Windows11 and do nothing to preserve battery lifespan for a Li-Ion laptop battery (an internet myth). It only increases the battery charge cycles that are limited to 1,000 full charge cycles. Check in Windows Services that accSvc is not running, Stop the service and change Startup type to disabled in Properties, click on Apply.

An aging or defective battery may prevent the phone from charging beyond 80%. What's more, damaged or non-certified charging cables can cause incomplete charging. Solution: To avoid this, always use genuine or MFi-certified charging accessories and consider replacing the battery if it shows signs of wear.

Another Reason : Battery Charge Limit was turned on Automatically. Solution : Go to Acer Care Center App --> Turn Off the Battery Charge Limit. Most commonly this means your adapter is beginning to fail, or you have damaged the power socket on the side of the computer where the charger plugs in. In more rare cases you could have experienced a failure in the charge circuit on the motherboard. Aim to keep the battery level between 40% and 80% for optimal performance and longevity.
