My laptop is a Nitro 5 AN515-54 and I'm really confused on why it's either bootlooping or blackscreening since it was working fine like 5 hrs ago I'm not good with fixing laptops or electronics in general so I wanted to know if anyone could help me fix this.

Do a soft reset first like Acer instructs below for your AN515-54 laptop.

If the above reset doesn't do anything then you need to do a Hard Reset (like the guide shown below) and if that doesn't work then you have other issues which could be as serious as a fried gpu which is common on these gaming laptops or other internal issues that no reset will fix. Then I suggest that you take your laptop to an experienced technician so that they can pinpoint and fix the exact problem of your laptop. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Hard Reset - Remove eleven (11) screws from the base cover to the upper case of your Nitro AN515-54 laptop, starting from the upper side, pry to release the upper side latches, continue releasing the remaining latches. Then remove the lower case.

Press the power key for 15 seconds to release all power to the laptop and then disconnect the main battery cable from the mainboard, then take the main battery out. Then disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and then short the bios batteries + & - pins at the mainboard plug with a metal object (at the plug shown circled below) to reset CMOS and then take all the ran out.

Leave the laptop like that for at least 30-60min so that the EC, Chipset and bios chips reset completely and then reconnect everything, if you have 2x ram modules, only connect 1x ram module and alternate the two ram modules and see if its not the ram that is faulty, as and after doing all the above, your laptop should boot properly without any boot looping or black screening.

Take your Nitro AN515-54 an experienced technician near you and get them to analyse and pinpoint what the exact problem with this laptop is, as it could be a power faulty rail chip like a regulator, EQ,, EC or Chipset chips issue or even a bios issue, which only a qualified and experience technician can analyse and fix. Good luck hope it works out for you.
