Has anyone had any issues after updating their Chromebook OS to Verizon 132.0.6843.224

My Chromebook updated to that version yesterday and it blew away all my downloaded apps and several of the standard apps. Now it will not allow me to add any apps either.

Anyone have a similar issue and know how to correct the problem?

What Chromebook do you have? Did it give you a warning about going out of support? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx.

Thanks for getting back to me. I did not get any warning about it going out of support.

The Chromebook is an ACER R13, the full model number is C85-312T-K95W.

I appreciate any help you can give me.

That is a 2018 model. Google says they give ten years of updates for models produced after 2021, so at 7 years old they may or may not provide additional update. What they would have said wasn't that you would lose access to the Play Store and all Android apps, but something like "going into extended support".
