Helios 16 PH16-72-995G keyboard not working after i update the windows. Keyboard light still on.

My helios 16 keyboard not working after i update the window!! Fn+ f1, f2... Still work but cant' use another. Keyboard light still on. Has been try to reset, reinstall window, update driver but not work. Need some help!

    What is the exact Predator Helios 16 model number like PH16 or PHN16. Also is your laptop under warranty, as and if it is, send your laptop to Acer Tech Support in your country, so that they can fix this keyboard issue.

    If your laptop is not under warranty, then you need to see if the cable of your keyboard is plugged into the mainboard properly and its not faulty or do a hard reset by unplugging the main battery and bios battery and short the bios battery +&- mainboard plug pins to reset CMOS , then reconnect and reboot and see if the keyboard works, if not, then its the keyboard that is faulty and you need to buy a new keyboard for your laptop.     Is model ph16-72-995G.

    This happened after window update. Should i send to acer tech support or try some way to fix.. my laptop under warranty.

    Send your PH16-72-995G laptop to Acer Tech Support in your country asap, and get them to replace either the upper case and keyboard as they are a sealed unit or the mainboard as the parts in these laptops are very expensive and this should not be happening to a new gaming laptop. Good luck.
