Has anyone had issues with constant crashes? I can basically only play one game on it. I keep getting blue screens with GPU driver issues, but when I take it in to get looked at they can't find any problems just keep saying it's an issue with the games I play. I've run tests and no overheats, everything says there's no errors. Most games just try to load and then stop and crash with no error reports.

Hi, PHN16-71 or PH16-71? Update BIOS and install Predator Sense from the Microsoft Store (see picture):

Both of those have been done. Still same problems, I use the monitoring regularly and when it does the scans it shows no errors.

If your Acer Predator Helios 16 laptop is constantly crashing, especially during gaming or under heavy load, there are several potential causes and troubleshooting steps you can take. These include driver issues, power management problems, overheating, and hardware stability issues.

    Driver Issues:-

    • Rollback Drivers: If you recently updated your graphics drivers, try rolling back to a previous version. This can sometimes resolve crashes caused by a buggy driver update.
    • Clean Driver Install: Use a tool like DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely remove your current drivers and then reinstall the latest ones from NVIDIA's website.
