Hi,

Is there a way to turn off the monitor of my Aspire C24 all-in-one while playing music?

To prevent your Aspire C24's monitor from turning off while playing music, you can adjust your Windows power settings to disable the monitor from turning off during media playback. You can do this by changing the power plan settings to allow the computer to sleep while playing music, or by customizing the power options to prevent the monitor from turning off during specific activities like media playback. Here's how to adjust your power settings:-

    1. Access Power & Sleep Settings: Search for "Power & Sleep Settings" in the Windows search bar or access it through the Control Panel.
    2. Change Plan Settings: Click on "Change plan settings" for your current power plan.
    3. Change Advanced Power Settings: Click on "Change advanced power settings".
    4. Adjust Multimedia Settings: Scroll down and expand the "Multimedia settings" section. You can then expand "When sharing media" and choose "Allow the computer to sleep".
    5. Customize Power Options: Alternatively, you can customize your power options to prevent the monitor from turning off during specific activities like media playback. You can do this by adjusting the "Turn off the display" setting under the power plan settings.

By adjusting these settings, you can ensure that your Aspire C24's monitor stays on while you're listening to music, even if the computer is otherwise idle.
