Can't register my laptop, it says that' it' already registered but it's not listed in "My products"

Hi

I can't register my laptop, it says that's its already registered but it's not listed in "My products". And I can't find any mail address to your support, so I post the question here. How do I register my laptop?

    Hi, go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country. On the new page - scroll down - click on "contact support". Scroll down. You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept. They will help you to register the warranty.
