Adding EFI boot entry breaks BIOS on Acer Nitro ANV15-41, how to avoid it?

I'm using Acer Nitro V15 ANV15-41 and lately decided to install Arch on it. Problems began when I tried to enter BIOS to change the boot order - it just wouldn't open.

I had such a problem before, when pressing F2 button too frequently would cause it to be permanently stuck on an Acer logo screen, but pressing slowly was enough to avoid it.

Now on other hand no mater how fast I press, I can't get into BIOS.

Removing EFI entry fixes the issue, but I hardly can call it a solution.

    I understand that you are having difficulty entering the bios.

    Please unplug your computer. If your computer is on, turn it off by pressing the power button. Listen to the fan to make sure it is turned off. Then wait 2 minutes. Press the power button and immediately press and release the F2 key repeatedly.

    If you cannot enter the bios;

    please remove the back cover of the laptop and then disable the battery socket. Check that your computer's plug and battery are not active and press and release the power button 7 times. Repeat what I said above via the plug. Now you can access the bios.

    The biggest reason why the problems are not solvedis if someone who says there is a problem with the GPU says; If I change the case, will the problem be solved? That's the whole point! The concepts are different! We should not go off topic.

    I'm on vacation on June 6-7-8-9-10. :)

    The problem was fixed by deleting "Linux Boot Manager" EFI entry and then manually adding bootloader executable though UEFI interface as described here:
