Hi, just restore the system to an earlier date when you did not have these issues, type Create a restore point in Search and click on "System restore" (see picture) with a date.

If your Microsoft Store is not working properly on your laptop, you can try running the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter, resetting the Microsoft Store cache, or checking for Windows updates. If the issue persists, you may need to reset or repair the Microsoft Store app itself, or consider creating a new user account.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of troubleshooting steps:

    1. Run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter:
Open Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
Scroll down and select "Windows Store Apps".
Click "Run the troubleshooter" and follow the on-screen instructions.
    2. Reset the Microsoft Store Cache:
Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
      Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.
A blank Command Prompt window will appear, and then close after a few seconds. The Store should then open automatically.
    3. Check for Windows Updates:
Open Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
Click "Check for updates" and install any available updates.
    4. Reset or Repair the Microsoft Store App:
Open Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
Find "Microsoft Store" and click "Advanced options".
Click "Reset" to reset the app, or "Repair" to attempt to fix any corrupted files.
    5. Create a New User Account:
If the problem persists with one user account, try creating a new local or Microsoft account to see if the issue is related to your current account's settings.
    6. Re-register the Microsoft Store (Advanced):
      Open PowerShell as administrator.
      Run the following command: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach-Object {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Path $</path>}.
    7. Other Troubleshooting Steps:
Check for conflicts with other software:
Some antivirus or other third-party software might interfere with the Microsoft Store. Consider temporarily disabling such software to see if it resolves the issue.
      Run a system file check:
This can help identify and repair any corrupted system files that might be causing problems.
