im testing a new GD711 with my PC i just bought.

When i set in windows 1080p 120/240Hz (no VRR) : the DLP show me 120/240Hz(OSD)and windows apps run at 120/240Hz but the real image/second is stuck at 60.

When i set in windows 1080p 120/240Hz (no VRR) with 3D active : the DLP show me 120/240Hz(OSD)and windows apps run at 120/240Hz but the real image/second is stuck at 120.

Only the 144Hz VRR seem to work normaly

The best result for motion blur is the 120Hz 3D active but there is a redish color for black pixel (i don't see that redish when i wear the 3D glasses) that' ***** to play games.

Acer, Could you unlock the real 240Hz i/s if the GD711 is really capable the run at?

The GD711 projector can indeed reach up to 240Hz, but only in specific situations. It supports 240Hz at 1080p resolution when used with a PC via the High Frame Rate mode. For consoles, it supports 120Hz in 1080p with Variable Refresh Rate mode.
    Here's a more detailed explanation:
    240Hz Support:
    PC:
The GD711 can achieve 240Hz refresh rates when connected to a PC and the game is set to run at 1080p resolution with High Frame Rate enabled.
    Consoles:
When using consoles, the projector supports 120Hz refresh rates in 1080p with Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) enabled.
    Key Considerations:
Input Source: The projector's ability to display 240Hz depends on the input signal from your device (PC or console).
Resolution: 240Hz is only supported at 1080p resolution.
High Frame Rate/Variable Refresh Rate: Ensure your game or console is configured to use the High Frame Rate (PC) or Variable Refresh Rate (consoles) modes for optimal performance.
In essence, the GD711 projector's 240Hz capability is tied to the input source and resolution, requiring the appropriate configuration for PC or consoles.
