Its infuriating to have it pop up in the middle of the screen and the most i can do is to have it transparent, why not make a little reminder with a image of a simple monitor pop out on the top left that covers as little space as possible, almost like an xbox 360 achievment, i understand having a reminder, but not a option to turn it off? or atleast have more customization settings to atleast place it anywhere on screen like the settings or make it smaller.

The image retention reminder on Acer monitors can be frustrating, especially when it interrupts your workflow or gaming. Unfortunately, based on user discussions, there is no option to disable the notification. The reminder is built-in to prevent OLED burn-in, and it appears every four hours of usage. Some users have tried turning the monitor off before the notification appears to reset the timer, but that’s not an ideal solution.

Your idea of a smaller, more discreet notification—like an Xbox achievement pop-up—is a great suggestion! Acer might consider adding customization options in future updates.
