Hotspot tethering on my Nitro ANV15-41 isn’t working—mobile phones are unable to connect to it.

I tried connecting my phone to my laptop's Wi-Fi hotspot, but it wouldn't connect. When I click the "Connect" button on my phone, it just says "Connecting" and then nothing happens—it never actually connects. I tried changing the hotspot band from 5GHz to 2.4GHz and even changed the password, but it made no difference. I also manually entered the laptop hotspot’s IP address on my phone, and although the laptop’s Wi-Fi showed it was connected to the phone, it said “No Internet.” My laptop is already connected to a high-speed Wi-Fi network, and I'm trying to share that internet with my phone via the laptop’s hotspot. What could be causing this issue? Please suggest all possible solutions.
