Hello! Need help. I'm having issues with my Acer Nitro V15. Specifically while playing Valorant.

I tried updating drivers, setting all my game settings to low, and updating windows. Pero issue still happens, I'd rather get an error message like 38b2jjn from Valorant, or the laptop would simply stop working and be stuck on the frame I'm on, or just shut itself off entirely.Any idea what to do with this? Thanks!

Bnew Acer Nitro v 15 (Nitro ANV 15-41) - 8gb Ram | AMD Ryzen 5 6600H w/ Radeon Graphics | RTX 3050 6GB | Direct X 12

PS. I also tried changing the settings in NVIDIA control panel so it would try to use NVIDIA w/ Valorant | also tried to change the settings so it would use NVIDIA all throughout.

I just bought a Nitro V15 recently and i have fps drops, im unable to hit a consistent 165fps i fortnite and older AAA at maxed settings (1080p), thr laptop frequently freezes and i am unable to do anything except a forced turn off through the power button, I will try to format my laptop and see if it improves, and if not i might sell it

Please do what I say carefully.

-First, completely uninstall the NVIDIA driver and restart the computer
-Type %temp% in the windows search bar and press enter
-Clean everything in the folder that opens. The path should be "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp"
-Then select your graphics card from the NVIDIA website and download the version 552.86 or version 553.62 driver.
-Clean the downloaded driver as a driver only (Please do not install Nvidia Experience!) and restart the PC.

Test again and let us know.

The biggest reason why the problems are not solvedis if someone who says there is a problem with the GPU says; If I change the case, will the problem be solved? That's the whole point! The concepts are different! We should not go off topic.

    I'm on vacation on June 6-7-8-9-10. :)
