Hi, what is your full laptop model like Acer Nitro V 15 ANV15-41-R2M0, and Windows version (W11 24H2)? Enable Windows Optional updates in Advanced Check for updates settings and you will get driver-firmware updates before these appear on the Acer Support site. Don't download drivers from 3rd-party vendors/sites.

Be aware that the Nitro Sense is a problematic Acer app and if your default NS works on your Nitro V15 laptop, then leave the working version and DO NOT try to update this app, as then the NS app will not install. Also any new or reinstallation of NS app in most cases do not install and/or work. So I suggest that you leave your current version NS and do not try to update it, as if it aint broke don't try and fix it"😁. Good luck and hope this helps you out further.

If NitroSense on your Acer Nitro V15 is not updating, a few troubleshooting steps can help. First, ensure your system is running with the latest versions of Windows and chipset drivers. Additionally, check if your antivirus or security software might be blocking the update. If the issue persists, you might need to uninstall and reinstall NitroSense, potentially downloading a fresh copy from Acer's support site.
    Here's a more detailed breakdown:

    1. Update Windows and Chipset Drivers:
Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date.
Update the Intel Chipset Driver, which can be done through NitroSense.
If the update fails, ensure your current chipset driver is installed correctly and your system is running smoothly with it.
    2. Antivirus Interference:
Check your antivirus settings to see if it's blocking NitroSense or its updates.
Temporarily disable your antivirus to see if that resolves the issue.
    3. Reinstall NitroSense:
Uninstall NitroSense from your Control Panel or Apps & Features.
Download the latest version of NitroSense from the Acer support site.
Run the installer and reinstall NitroSense.
    4. C Runtime Redists:
If the issue persists, try installing the latest All-in-One C runtime redists, which are essential for many applications.
You can find these by searching online.
    5. Conflict with Other Software:
If other software is interfering, try temporarily disabling other applications or extensions to see if it resolves the issue.
    6. Restart Your System:
Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches or issues.
    7. Check for Corrupted Files:
If the above steps don't work, it's possible that NitroSense files have become corrupted. You might need to try a clean installation or consider a system restore.
