I don`t see my Nitro Sence after downloading in Acer Nitro AN16-42

So hello everyone. My devaice Acer Nitro AN16-42. I downloaded latest version of Nitro sense

but after downloading i don`t see it like a program and can`t launch. I downloaded several times. Restarting PC after every instalation. But unfornetly i still don`t see it. If i go to NitroSense_5.0.1452 folder and saw this:

then i click Setup

translation in shortway(Delete NitroSense Installer)

That mean that program downloaded but i can`t launch for unknown reason.
So please will be glad if somebody help me?

    Hi, run these 3 commands, press Enter after each command and try to download NitroSense again:
    SystemRoot%\System32\lodctr.exe /R
    %SystemRoot%\SysWow64\lodctr.exe /R
    winmgmt.exe /RESYNCPERF

    Try to donwload NItroSense again but still nothing
